Ordering / Cancellation
All of our holsters are built custom to your personal selection, because of this we cannot accept modifications or cancellations once your order has been placed. However, we do realize that people can make mistakes, and if you've made a big one – like ordering a left-handed holster instead of a right-handed - go ahead and send us an email. If your holster is still early enough in production, we'll do our very best to accommodate you.
Warranty Policy
Blacksmith Tactical offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all holsters and related products. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
If you believe your product is defective, or does not fit correctly, please contact us with a description of the issue. We may request photos or videos for further evaluation.
If the product is determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship, Blacksmith Tactical will repair or replace the item at no charge, at our sole discretion.
This warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear.
-Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
-Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance
-Modifications to the product or use with incompatible equipment
-Fit or function issues caused by third-party firearm modifications or accessories not specifically tested with our holsters
-Lost screws (this is considered a maintenance issue — customers are responsible for keeping an eye on their screws and/or Loctiting them to prevent loosening)
-Negligent use, such as leaving the holster in your car on a hot day
-Holsters that have been cut, reheated, or otherwise altered
-Holsters sold by a third party that is not an authorized dealer
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the holster to us. We will pay for the return shipping to the customer. In the event that you have received an item that is defective out of the box, we will cover all shipping costs necessary to replace the defective/incorrect item.
Do not ship a holster back to us without first contacting us from the form below.
Return policy
Holster return policy:
Please ensure that you have ordered the correct gun model, gun/light combo,
and holster style because each holster is custom made to order based off of each customers personal preferences. For this reason all holster orders are final sale. If there is a defect or we shipped the wrong item we will replace the item according to the original order.
Holster Exchange Policy:
We don't exchange holsters. Your holster was built to your specifications, we cant sell used holsters so please make your selections accurately. We are more than happy to answer any question prior to ordering.
Gun accessories return:
All electrical components and accessories (ie: optics, lights, gun belts) can be returned inside of 30 days as long as it is unopened and packaging is in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
A 5% restocking fee will be required.
All manufactures warranties still apply
